Monday, when it was powered on, one of our 7200 Dishplayers went immediately to the WebTV screen, dialed into WTV's 800# and then tried to dial a local number, resulting in a message stating that the unit was "defective." There was no way to get from the webtv screen to the DP home screen.
Called Dish and a DP tech rep was aware of the problem and said to unplug the DP for about 15 seconds and when turned back on it would be restored to the DP home screen. No problem since then.
If anyone has a similar DP problem, hope this helps!
