I checked the software version - it's 0xfa. Has anyone else seen this problem?
Missed recordings on new HR20

I had my new HR20 programmed to record some Sunday ticket games yesterday. When I tried playing them, there was nothing but a black screen. I did a reset during halftime and I was able to record the rest of one of the games.
Nothing like a DVR that can't be counted on to record programs.
