I have an HR20 and an HR22. I get all channels on the HR20 but I'm missing ESPNUHD and the Travel channel HD on the HR22. I have unplugged it and reauthorized it from my online account with no luck. Any ideas?

Did you check to make sure a favorites list was not "hiding" them? Is that the only 2 channels missing? If more are missing it could be an lnb/hardware issue.

I'd go into the Favorite Channels and manually do it. All individual channels should appear. If that's not happening for you, contact DirecTV.

thanks for all the help guys. Somehow those two channels got "unchecked" in my fav's list. Odd, I've never used fav before.....
