If you know your not going to subscribe to it next year.Would it be best to call and have them to remove it instead of removing it online yourself? Also am i correct if you don't do anything it will auto renew next season?

You are correct, do nothing, it will auto renew. Best option, talk to a CSR and keep documentation of who you talked to. I had several problems canceling my MLB-EI.

It will automatically renew, and to remove it the ONLY way is to call them, you cannot remove the package online.

I tried to cancel the NFL Sunday ticket. I called three months ago and cancelled it. It showed up in my July Bill so I called again. They credited me and said it was cancelled. I got billed for it again in my September bill. They have issues cancelling sports packages before the season begins. The auto-renew feature is one they have issues figuring out how to work around.
