47 year old Ronald Higgins faces almost 4 years in a state prison,after a security guard at Dodger Stadium found him walking on the field in a Dodgers uniform last Wednesday morning.
Higgins allegedly identified himself as a Dodgers player,but the security guard recognized him from an earlier incident and contacted police.
He pleaded not guilty to numerous charges last Friday,including burglary and trespassing,although his clothes were found in the bat boys' locker room at the stadium.

If he actually gets 4 years for doing that, then our legal system is in worse shape than I thought. Violent crimes offenders can get less than 4 years in some cases.

The guy has obviously always wanted to be a bat boy. Of course, at 47 years old I would think that he would stand out a bit in a Dodgers uniform. Four years is a bit much, but, they say he was recognized from a previous incident and we don't know what that incident is.
