When do the Fox affiliates know what game they are going to get for this Saturday. i live in northeastern PA and am a diehard Phillies Phan! Directv does not have the teams listed. I am worried that I will be getting the Yankees-Red Sox game when it wont mean anything since thier fates have been decided. It looks as if the Phillies have a good chance to Clinch at least a playoff spot during that game, And I would like to see it.

You could call your local Fox affiliate and ask them which game they'll be carrying.

I can't think of any reason why your local fox station won't show the Philly game. Unless that part of PA. is in the NY market..

I'm pretty sure S-WB is in Phillies country.

Normally it would seem to be a no-brainer to carry the Phils there, but knowing that ESPN and Fox cram Yankees-Red Sox down the nation's collective throat every chance they get, I wouldn't be so sure. Fox may have to show the Yanks one last time to make up for their obvious disappointment that the Yankees will be watching the playoffs on TV...

I'd love to see something like Rays-Brewers in the WS just to tweak the media...

Have confirmed...if they play it will be the Phillies game...The only reason i was worried is because when the Phils are scheduled to play on FOX and the Yankees and Red Sox are too, WOLF-TV shows the Yankees game. It doesn't help either that our Triple-A team is the Yankees now too.

Fox picked Yanks/Sox for us. It was originally Mets/Marlins but was switched a while back. FSN will go back to showing the game. This was reported in today's Miami Herald. I don't understand why if we're in Miami they wouldn't show the Mets since a)playoff implications and b)still a NY team shown as we're NY South.
