When do the Fox affiliates know what game they are going to get for this Saturday. i live in northeastern PA and am a diehard Phillies Phan! Directv does not have the teams listed. I am worried that I will be getting the Yankees-Red Sox game when it wont mean anything since thier fates have been decided. It looks as if the Phillies have a good chance to Clinch at least a playoff spot during that game, And I would like to see it.

I hear you (even though I'm a Mets fan). I remember an incident back in September of 2000 when I lived in Cleveland. I got stuck watching a meaningless Reds game on FOX while the Mets and Braves were battling for the division. MLB needs to we-work their deal with FOX and allow the extra FOX games to be part of Extra Innings.

I too am in Northeast PA ... Some of the teams just changed their schedules around this week. The Phillies game was moved off of Comcast Philadelphia and to FOX WOLF 56 (our Wilkes-Barre/Scranton affiliate).

The Yankees-Red Sox game was moved off of YES (both games were set for 7:05 p.m. originally) and will start at 3:55 p.m. on FOX WNYW (New York City affiliate).

offinthewoods,
If you're watching on WOLF, you should receive the Philly game. I work in Promotions/Graphics at the FOX affiliate in Vegas (KVVU). The e-mail i got from programming that includes all DMAs says Philly.
Enjoy The Game!
