How does one know what model of the R15 they have? How do you know what software version you have? I've done a 02468 to force a download and I don't see numbers like the ones posted on this forum. So I don't know if I have a new or old version of the software. Thanks.

Thanks guys. I have the R15-100 with the 1029 s/w. Is that the latest version?
