It appears to be uplinked but is only in test mode and not yet available to regular subscribers.

Mojo has been there and gone before (as InHD).
Oh well, maybe next year DISH customers will get the channel.
It would have been a nice "HD Only" channel to go along with the others.
(BTW: The removal of the test channel rumored to be Mojo was noted in recent uplink activity reports --- although DISH never assigned that name to a channel.)

The possible indication is that Dish was saying to Mojo: "We would really like to add you to our Ultimate (now Platinum) package, but we can't do it at the price you are quoting us. We're testing the uplink right now, and if we can compromise on the price, we can add you to our lineup in a few days."
And the removal makes it seem likely that they just could not make a deal.
It seems likely that Mojo - like most human beings - is overestimating their own worth. It would be a nice addition that I might watch once a month at the most, but is definitely far from "essential".
