More Signal Questions

I've been lurking for about a year (right before my h20-100 was installed last July). I want to start by thanking everyone who has contributed their substantial knowledge to these forums. Thanks to them, I've been able to fix or work around a number of problems.

My current problem is this:
My h20-100 and 5 LNB slimline were installed a year ago before either D10 or D11 went live. I thought it was unusual that the installer only used a single monopole to support the roof-mounted dish arm (directly underneath), but I figured he was the expert.

Anyway, after a few wind storms, etc. here in the Chicago area, I'm thinking my dish may have been pushed out of alignment. I've also noticed it seems much more prone to rain fade. Last night I was watching the Olympics on my local NBC station and it kept regularly cutting out ( on a perfectly clear night). So this morning I recorded the signal strength numbers.

I'm also a little confused about satellite numbering since my h20 only knows 99 a/b rather than s/c. Could someone take a look at my numbers and see if you agree? I'm guessing which birds are conus and which are spotbeams based on the results, so please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

99(a) Conus?
1-8: 80 76 77 74 80 75 78 74
9-16: 81 73 80 69 81 70 n/a n/a
17-24: n/a n/a n/a n/a n/a n/a n/a n/a
25-32: n/a n/a n/a n/a n/a n/a n/a n/a

99(b) Spotbeams?
1-8: 60 70 69 63 72 81 n/a n/a
9-16: n/a n/a n/a n/a n/a n/a 0 0
17-24: 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0
25-32: n/a n/a n/a n/a n/a n/a n/a n/a

103(a) Spotbeams?
1-8: 72 0 74 70 68 0 n/a n/a
9-16: n/a n/a n/a n/a n/a n/a 0 0
17-24: 0 62 0 67 0 0 0 0
25-32: n/a n/a n/a n/a n/a n/a n/a n/a

103(b) Conus?
1-8: 68 49 73 56 71 53 67 53
9-16: 66 48 67 52 64 47 n/a n/a
17-24: 0 n/a n/a n/a n/a 0 n/a n/a
25-32: n/a n/a n/a n/a n/a n/a n/a n/a

101 S/D Spotbeams: 4, 12, 18, 20?
1-8: 89 92 89 0 87 97 87 96
9-16: 85 94 88 0 90 98 85 98
17-24: 81 100 84 33 89 98 86 97
25-32: 81 100 80 88 89 98 87 100

It looks to me like the installer may have just peaked the dish for 101 and let the chips fall where they may. I'm particularly concerned that the 103(b) numbers look very bad. I'm thinking about buying two new monopoles and bracing the arm from each side, rather than directly underneath (which seems to offer no wind resistance). My proposed plan is to check mount bubble for vertical, and then try peaking the disk per the slimline installation instructions. If I mess it up, plan B is to pay D* for a realignment. I installed my original single Lnb dish for my first Sony receiver (long before free installations), so I don't think I'll mess it up too badly.

Any and all advice would, of course, be welcome.
Thanks again.

Your dish does indeed need an alignment. it seems somewhat close, but off a bit. be careful and good luck
