49 year old Cliff Gullett of Montana died after losing control of his bike and crashing on Utah's famous Bonneville Salt Flats on Thursday.The Salt Lake Tribune cited police investigators as saying that Gullett was travelling at 239 MPH/385 km before the crash.Gullett was competing in the 500cc class during a time trial when he crashed.He was attempting to set a Utah speed record for the fastest two-stroke,two-cylinder motorcycle.
