Our HR23-700 received an update today. I noticed on the premium movie channels that all the ratings are gone. I wonder if they determined the ratings were part of the slow receiver problem?

No, but it will take a few days for the movie ratings (and other things) to repopulate.

Yep, mine are gone as well!

It's fairly normal for an update to flush the guide, ratings, extra info, posters etc take longer to populate.

I don't remember it taking this long for features to reappaear after prior updates. I's been almost 3 days now for me and still missing actor info for movies and shows.

I received the update a few days ago and noticed my guide and things are just now beginning to repopulate.

Finally mine are appearing now. Still doesn't seem as if it took this long before but maybe this is more of an update than some of the others.
