I need to set up multiple TVs on different floors, but I'm trying to keep the amount of wires down. I just don't want a ton of wires coming out of the same place and running them clumped together until they get to where they need to go, much neater to run two and then split it when they're there.

Anyway, I attempted to do so with one powered switch at the source and then seperate passive switches at both floors. So we're talking a total of three multi-switches. Before I ran all of this, I of course tested to see if it would work and not affect PQ. At first it appeared to be working well (except for random annoying clicks I later found out is because I have mechanical switches), but when I did the PIP the image would sometimes breakup when channel surfing. Not a show stopper but very annoying when you['re trying to show off your DBS to your cable friends. Is this always going to happen regardless of the type of switch, or is it because of the type I have?
