tech came out and DTV is sending me, they arrived today actually, two new HR20's, well before they arraived I was in my guest room where there is an old RCA just working on my computer and turned on my Spanish Extra Especial channels that come in one the 110/119 and they were out too, so obviously it was not the boxes, tech guy should have checked that (I should have thought of that too). So I call DTV and they are sending tech guy out again since as I said I had lost the 110-119 permanently after he swaped my multi switch. I did go up in my attci and tighten all my connection, a few were loose, no fix. Now tonight the night before dude is to come, the damn 110/119 are back at 96%, so tommorow he will show up, say all is fine, can't find nothing wrong and leave. Which honestly I can't blame him because how is he supposed to find a problem if it's working? Then right before a crucial ST game or college game, it will go out again in 1 day or 8 days. This is insane. And now, my Offfice showed a frozen shot a tonight show episode and locked my HR20 and I had to reset it again and lost my guide for the next 24-48 hours, again, nice. Any comments or suggestions or is my assesment of what will happen with the tech guy tommorow assuming my 110/119 are still coming in tommorow correct?
