I flipped to HDNetMovies last night and got a not subscribed message. I have premium plus HD Access plus HD Extra Pack (so all channels).

I went to my account online and where it used to list HD Extra it now says "Please see the" next to a generic D* logo. Please see the? See the what? :)

If I choose add service Extra Pack isn't a choice. I guess I have to call to clear it up. Maybe I had it for free for a while (I can't remember) and that expired, but usually don't they just start billing you, not take it away?

No one knows what "Please see the..." means.

You can refresh your services from the DirecTV website. I'd try that first. It is under a troubleshooting menu that deals with loss of picture.

My HD Extra pack disappeared after my free three months was up, but it was just gone from my current setup on the website, no "please see the" message. I just had to go under premium channels and add it again, but also got another three months free doing so.

If you look at your billing statement online, you will see when your HD Extra Pack expired. I just looked at mine and it will be gone tomorrow.

I found where I could add it back. I did, and it worked. Now on the site it's listed under premiums. I thought it was up with the DVR fee and such before.

Anyway I got the 3 months free. Will it go away after that, or will I start to be billed?
