My HR21 won't let me delete a series recording.

I just got my DirecTV service installed yesterday, and one of the first things I did was set up a series recording for one of my favorite shows. For some reason, it messed up and didn't record the show last night, so I tried deleting the series from the "priority" screen in the recording setup menu, and even though it says it deletes, the screen refreshes and it comes right back.

What do I have to do to get rid of this series?

Tonight I tired the "dash, dash" method and it worked flawless for me!

My unwanted series are gone...

Bottom Left button on your remote "-" (twice), shortcut for delete.
