MY TV Channel 38 in Tampa

Does the channel even broadcast the games in HD? Here in LA, where we know for a fact that they can show HD on MY 13 because they did when it was still the UPN, they haven't shown anything in actual HD for over 2 years... and they carry the Angles games... I'm annoyed to say the least....

Yes, the Raycom SEC games are in HD on channel 38 (I watch via OTA).

I would think if they were going to make the HD feed available anytime soon, they would have done so by now. WRBW in Orlando is.

Hard to believe -- I grew up in Tampa, and remember that when Channel 38 first went on the air, they made Channel 32 look, by comparison, like a well-run station with a high programming budget and great picture quality.

Note I did not say it was excellent HD.

But it's miles better than the execrable SD quality for the Raycom (JP/LF) SEC games...which is really all I watch on 38.

I wrote to the station, since I now had to watch TWO games this season in SD, and that is unacceptable.

Will let you all know what I hear (if anything).

By the way, I never heard back from these people, so I sent them ANOTHER message today on their website.
