NBA HD blackouts

Hey guys, Dish since '97, but HD only 1 month.
I have the HD Gold and NBA League Pass Packages.
The last few nights, there has been a game on HDEV1 but the guide tells me
it is unavailable in my area (blacked out). Seems I should be able to
view this game since I can get the SD version. Anyone have any input on
this?

Mark Cuban uses HDNet as a vehicle for Hd broadcasts of the Mavericks games.

Dish moves them to the HD Event channel so we won't lose HDNet during the games.

They're only available to customers in the Mavericks area.
