Has anyone seen this or something similar?
I have an HR24, HR20, and HR22 with SWM/DECA. I have had MRV for months with generally excellent performance.
I attempted to stream two recently recorded NBA league pass games to other receivers and I get a grey screen with inability to view the content (no error message). All other recorded content streams perfectly.
It's almost like an authorization problem for the league pass content.
I have not yet done the logical troubleshooting steps of re-starting the receivers, but clearly I will do this.
Any ideas?
