Call Directv and ask for the "Movers Deal". They'll usually facilitate a new install at another location at no cost. As long as you are clear that the main service address and the billing address will stay the same, everything will be all set for you.
Need a installer in Central MN - about 30 miles from Brainerd
My wife and I bought a cabin in MN and will be up next week I have a account with DTV already. I am bringing up a extra receiver I use at home in NC for the redzone channel only along with a 5LNB dish. I need the dish installed. I am pretty useless when it comes to things like this.
Does anyone on the board know a contractor in the area ? Or the the local DTV installer ? I don't need a whole new account just the dish installed.

They will install the dish for free at a 2nd location ? I just need to let them know that we will bringing the receiver back and forth from North Carolina to Minnesota ?

Thanks ! I called and not only are they installing everything next Saturday for free - I am getting Sunday ticket free this year LOL.
