Two points. A new customer wouldn't get the equipment you want for free. I think they can get a 34 and two or three receivers for free. Adding in a DVR costs $99 (I think).
Their business model is all DVRs are the same. Other than a 34 or a TiVo, you can't order specific models; you get what the installer has on the truck.
