Here you go:

www.orbitsat.com

Select Directv from the menu and then scroll down to the RCA section. They have a RCA Ultiamtetv receiver w/dish (DS-4290RE) for 0.00. That doesn't include installation, though. They also had several other Hughes, Sony, and RCA basic receiver for about $50.00.

Wink is the interactive service that pops up useless info on your TV.

An interactive service like OpenTV but theres acutually interactive content on D* via Wink. There are 5 or 6 dieicated interactive channels, check out the D* Channel Chart on the home page for the specific channels, theyre in the 490 range. And about 2 dozen or so normal channels have interactive content. Very cool stuff, makes OpenTV look very weak!

Are there Kmarts in your area that are supposed to close but havent yet? 2 of them around here had a complete RCA set up for $35, this included the dish, since you dont need it you could sell it here or on Ebay for $15-$20 and have the system almost paid for.

OK I found a GAEBO receiver with an 18 inch dish for 0.00 at orbitsat.com, it comes with professional installation. Now I dont need the dish I already have an 18x24 dish that I will need to get my locals. And I will nbeed 4 receivers. Will I have to let them install the 4 dishes that I will get with my 4 receivers or can I just say no I'll do it myself and sell them on E-Bay? I dont need 4 dishes but I rather get the receivers for free than pay 50-100 bucks for them. Please help.

You are only allowed to order one free dish/receiver, as these are new subscriber offers (and once you buy one, you're no longer a new subscriber). Orbitsat does offer 2 receiver combos for free (see the Sony SAS-B65D/B65 for one with Professional installation included), but anything beyond that will cost you the full cost per receiver. So, you can get the Sony package, then 2 additional Hughes GAEBO receivers for a grand total of a few cents under $100.

OK let me explain again. If I were to use 4 different names, 4 different credit cards, and 4 different addresses would I be able to just tell them that I will install it myself and just sell the dish?

OK I need either a system with no contract required for purcahsing so I can resell the dish, or I need a stand alone dish for under 40.

AJ - Typically, the low price you speak of is offered with a one year contract. The cost of the receiver is subsidized by the cost of the programming. You'll find the cost of additional receivers will be at or above $80.00. To use four names, cards and addresses, you'll also need four accounts (as shared accounts must have the same address). I've seen Radio Shack give great offers. They are now selling both E* & D*. They don't actually sell the E* equipment, they just sign you up. I have, otoh, seen stacks upon stacks of D* eq. Check your local RS, maybe you'll find something there.
