I have been having this problem for a while, and D* tech service has been useless on it. Hopefully one of you guys can help me out. I have both the MLB w/Superfan package, and the Nascar package. From time to time (more often than not) the first time I switch to a channel in the package, there is a blank screen. Now the game is not blacked out because I can view it in my other room, and eventually after time and luck, the game all of a sudden will come in. When it happans to one game, it happans to all games, SD & HD. D* has not explaination and wants to send out a tech. I tried to explain to them that this is intermitant, and the best bet would be a new receiver, but even though I have the protection plan, they cant do that.
Have any of you had something similar happan to you? This is very frustrating and annoying. D* really dropped the ball for me on this one. I have an HR21-700.
