Hi guys hope someone can help with this.
I am getting a 771 error only on my local channels. i have a SWM 5 and i did all the checks every single one.
Reset receiver, reset BBC, signal strength is 97% green light is on plugged direct into power. New connectors on the lines. the splitter has the caps on the ports not being used. No idea what the heck is going on! every single receiver same issue. hr24 PVR and R16.
any help???
Also the Uefa channels show up on the HD receivers but not on the R16. Not sure why as well as the Rep said they are all compatible and should show no mater what well they don't.
