I live in 02760 for past 2 weeks NESN-HD has been showing channel not purchased - error 721.

I logged on tonight to do a "refresh of services" thinking that it might just be a simple fix like that but cannot find out where to do it anymore since D* have changed their website 5x since the last time I have done it.

Anyone point me the right direction for where to look to do this?

Logon to your account then scroll to the bottom of the screen and on the Support line click on Sound and Picture. You should then see a listing of problems, if you clock on the 771 error you'll then have a place where you can say what receiver to send a hit to.

Awesome. Thanks Rad! I looked under services and programming, guess I needed to look more. Refresh worked, now have NESN-HD back.

Appreciate the help!
