I've been running my HR20 with the 3LNB dish for about a month, now. Today, they're finally coming to install the new dish. It just occurred to me that they might have to reset my HR20 to get the new dish functioning.

Can someone tell me if I'm going to lose all my recordings?

By resetting, no.

All you will need to do is re-do the SAT setup.

You won't lose your recordings.
