I've never heard anyone complain about this one:

I was just watching a show off the recorder. I was watching it about 20-30 minutes behind, as it was recording. I decided to see what was on live TV- so I hit the guide button.

The guide comes up. I navigate to the NFL channel and start watching the Steelers and Browns. (I was actually watching the NFL channel, not the HD channel showing the game. - I hit guide to find the game in HD.)

When I try to pull the guide up again, I go through a series of button presses to eventually discover the following:

The only remote buttons that are working are the navigation buttons. (Menu, Guide, List, etc.) Channel, the number pad, trick play and the format button are not working.

I have two remotes set up for this system and tried them both. The situation is the same on both remotes.

I am able to use the buttons on the front of the box without a problem.

I don't want to reboot because I am recording something. I suspect a reboot will fix the problem, but just thought I would report the bug.

I ran into that a couple revisions back. Unfortunately, a reboot did the trick.

Just an example of how many of these bugs don't die they hide and jump back to bite later.

Yep that one is fun too, I call it the partial lockup bug, you can hit guide, list, info, exit, power and a few others, but none of the nav buttons or trick play buttons work so you can't do anything but go into menus and leave them. It required the red button to fix it.

This is an old bug and the only problem I have had with my HR20. It's very intermittent. I used to get it often with the release before E3, then it didn't happen for quite a while but recently I saw it a couple of more time. It's annoying but I can live with it.
