Sigh..... it gets more and more interesting....

The law firm that represents WFMZ of Allentown, PA has filed a compaint about the resolution. Specifically, it complains that, "absent some clarification or modification of the remidies ordered in this (April 4th) DR&O , EchoStar will continue to discriminate against local independent and noncommercial television stations in blantant defiance of (SHIVA)." Yawn, we heard this all before.

However, this is where things get interesting. The station got an engineering firm to examine an installation of the 129 Philly Dish. Because of the larger surface area, it has to be mounted on a roof, and with improper installation, could cause roof damage. It also says that many subscribers have rejected this option, and in some cases, cannot view the 129 slot.

Thus, the station contend "discrimination". Gee, whatever happened to "be part of the solution, not part of the problem"?
