I don't think you can. $100 rebate thus brining it to $99 AFAIk.

I think they're still running a Sunday Ticket promotion for new customers that will get you a free HD DVR

Yes. Call them and see what they offer. You might have to call a few times to get a CSR that knows whats going on. If they say no, tell them of other providers offers and that your going to check them out. I think they will give it free to get a 2 year committment from you.
