I get that scenario, but if the installer confirmed connection, as he should have, then the Slinglink would be the way to go, no? The wife and I finally had some time to play around with Dish tonight and lo and behold he installed the powerline connector and not the wireless setup...
Customer service is saying ,well we are sorry for the techs' mistake but you will have to pay $25 for the wireless connector,would you like to place your order now,I said NO i will send you back the powerline connector and when you send me a wireless connector.? Are you kidding me !!!!!!?
The tech lies to me and I have to pay.I told them them basically what they are saying to me is the tech who is frontline for our company lies does a lazy option install but too bad that is how we do business and we don't care if you like it or not...
I guess my question in all this is,who do I contact to remedy this wrong ?
