Dish normally won't let you install your own dual-tuner receiver if it's replacing a single-tuner receiver. They might make an exception for the 612, since it only has one output, but because the others have 2 sets of outputs for 2 TVs, and usually need to be diplexed and backfed to a second TV, they want installers to do that.

Still, your current dish/cable setup would certainly support any single or dual-tuner receiver as-is. A dual-tuner receiver will come with a DPP Separator (it's the thing that looks like a splitter, but is actually a custom diplexer with frequency filters specific to Dish's equipment) to "split" the single coax to feed both tuners.
