Perform 2 menu reboots within 30 minutes. That will flush your guide data and re-download/rebuild it. This has worked for others.

Press menu. Go to settings and help and then select settings. On the settings screen, at the bottom of the menu items is reset. Chose restart receiver, the top option. Do not chose either of the other two, you'd lose stuff..."JST4FN" said:Check back later
How do you do a menu restart? Sorry since I just started back with direct I'm not familiar with their receivers.
