New Install Today.."No Networked DVR's Found"

I just got a HR34 and 2 25's installed today and everything seems fine except this message when I try to do whole house.

I wish I went through everything with the tech before he left and I thought we did but we never checked this. He went to each receiver and all connect to the internet but all 3 say the same thing when you go to status in whole house.

The 2 25's upstairs cannot see a list or record. The 34 downstairs can record and see's the list, but still says " No Networked DVR's Found".

Any help would be great. If someone has to come back do I get charged?

I already tried a reset from the menu on the 34 and that didn't help. I also unplugged the Time Warner box(road runner), Wireless router and DECA which are all in the basement, then plugged them back in and nothing.

On the Hr34 its gonna say "No Networked DVRS" , because that is the only dvr. On that same screen does it say "authorized" or "not authorized". whole home may not be on your account yet, you might need to make a phonecall and they fix it and resend authorizations. And yes the tech is responsible for getting all that working for 90 days. I always check that kinda stuff before i leave.
All 3 boxes said the same thing so every time I tried to fix it I would only look at the 34 and it kept saying the same thing. Well I decided to check the 25's upstairs and both saw the living room dvr and started recording.

I wish I knew the 34 would still say that it would of saved me some hassle, now I'm not sure what actual fixed it but now I know what to look for. Thanks for the help.
it only states what YOU tell it to look for.....many people have multiple dvrs, and the dvr is looking for another dvr when you tell it to find one......

obvious once explained.
