On the Hr34 its gonna say "No Networked DVRS" , because that is the only dvr. On that same screen does it say "authorized" or "not authorized". whole home may not be on your account yet, you might need to make a phonecall and they fix it and resend authorizations. And yes the tech is responsible for getting all that working for 90 days. The 2 25's upstairs cannot see a list or record. The 34 downstairs can record and see's the list, but still says " No Networked DVR's Found".
Any help would be great. If someone has to come back do I get charged?
I already tried a reset from the menu on the 34 and that didn't help. I also unplugged the Time Warner box(road runner), Wireless router and DECA which are all in the basement, then plugged them back in and nothing.
