new install today

well, had a successfull install of my new AT-9 dish, and HD DVR today. I was kind of nervous after reading some of the "horror" stories here, but this install went smooth. The only glitch was the tech didnt' have the receiver with him, and had to get it from another tech that was nearby. Other then that, the dish is mounted right where I wanted it, with the supports, and he put in the new Zinwell WB68 switch, and so far the DVR is working great. Downloaded the new software, and no problems. I've dealt with a few incompetent tech's before, but this one knew what he was doing and very professional. Thumbs up for good service, and can't wait to play with the DVR tonight.
