I noticed that in the setup options on my HD DVR instead of just a few dish options (1, 2, 3 or 5 LNB) there are now a lot more. When I take my receiver into our RV, I used to use the 2 LNB option as the dome would only get the 101 and 119. Which option should I use for that now?

I'd say that the "dome" probably gets 101 / 110 / 119. If so use 3 LNB. If you only get 101 then use 1 LNB option.
