Newbie Rain Fade Question

We had storm roll through this morning, it was dumping at a rate of .4 inches per hour. I lost the 129 which has my local HD channels. My guess is this is normal?

I didn't lose my local SD channels or the core SD channels from 110 or 119, although the signal strength was yellow(15-20). My signal strength for the 129 sat is normally around 45-50 on the 'new' strength scale. The strength on 110 and 119 is normally between 68-75. I assume these are good numbers to work with? I shouldn't need to get tech out to re-align?
