Hello,
I just got my HR20-700 activated and it has this messege "authorization is about to expire", I have tried ressetting it, forcing a new download of software, all the channels I subscribe to come thru as long as I don't try to hit pause, but this stupid messege appears, I can record, but when trying to view it says "searching for authorized content".
Has anyone else ran into this problem?
Any insight/suggestions is appreciated.

PIZ, Welcome to the forum. :)

Could be that the authorization sent, didn't hit correctly? Try calling D* back and have them resend the authorization for your box.

or just call the automated system and put in 711 you'll be fine
