Right now it is telling me that the free preview for the redzone channel is over. I subscribe to the Super Fan package. Shouldn't this be available for me right now? Or is it not showing the 3pm games week 1.

I have been a Superfan subscriber since its inception. The red zone channel frequently stops broadcasting around halftime of the late games if there are only like 3 or fewer late games. Not sure if that is the case now.

Typically, once the 4PM EDT games reach halftime, the RZC goes off the air.

I know it was on earlier - and if you saw it earlier, or see the DIRECTV logo with music, then you're authorized for it.

Really, after waiting for almost a half an hour, Becca of the Protection Plan (support) group(?), that's who the CSR transferred told me to when she couldn't answer my question, that since the games are all local now..., that D* did NOT have the rights to show the those games...

According to the CSR that I spoke to initially, the Red Zone Channel is on until 7:30 PM Eastern.

As mentioned, the Red Zone channel almost always goes dark at half time of the 4pm games, sometimes earlier. When there is only 3 games going there isn't much of a need for it frankly.
