NFL Sunday Ticket question

I hope this is the correct place to post this.
I have a question concerning NFL Sunday Ticket. I signed up for Sunday Ticket through a promotional email and it stated I would get Superfan free. When do I see Superfan in my list of programming? I have emailed DTV a couple times and they keep informing me that I will see it when it gets closer to the season. Should I keep "harrassing" them?

Superfan has been appearing in my "My Setup" since last month.

Go to the DirecTV website and login and go to my setup, and if in fact it did work it should appear under sports subscription section and if you got it free should have $0.00 next to it.

Thanks. Ill check it out. It didnt show up earlier today. I guess I will be "harrassing" DTV again...

In the program guide look for channels 700-719, the HD channels will have a -1 next to them, if they are not there check your favorites list, you may have to add them. They are already up :)
