NFL Sunday Ticket: Requirements for HD broadcasts

I'm sure this is old-hat for most, but just want to make sure that everyone is aware of the requirements .. You need ALL of the following to get Sunday Ticket in High Definition:

• One or more of the following receivers:
  • H20-100, H20-600
  • H21-100, H21-200
  • H23-600
  • HR20-100, HR20-700
  • HR21-100, HR21-200, HR21-700, HR21-Pro
  • HR22-100
• 5-LNB Dish (or new Slimline-3 Dish) capable of receiving satellite locations 99(c) & 103(c)
• HD Access
• NFL Sunday Ticket Superfan
• An HD Television ))

If all of the conditions above are not met, then you will not be able to get NFL Sunday Ticket in High Definition.
