NGC: Fight Science
A MAJOR thumbs up to the National Geographic Channel show Fight Science.
Similar to Discovery's (or wast it TLC), Extreme Martial Arts.
Fight Science show the "Science" behind martial arts.
My 5yr old is Tae Kwon Doe, so I was seen some of this first hand...
But this show was simply AMAZING in the "facts" behind the myths.
