It is automatic.
You should already have gotten a letter about renewing I got mine a month ago and have already paid the first payment of $53 there three payments.
The early bird price is $159 and the latter price is $169.

Yes E* does have CI it was NEVER in doubt this year and I have been getting NHL network all summer.
