So I ordered NHL CI about a week ago. Does anyone know why in my guide all the NHL channels are greyed out? The only channels that aren't greyed out are:

769-1, 784, 785. All the other channels are in the guide, just greyed out. Does anyone else have this issue?

yes. like pretty much everybody who has CI there are some other threads discussing this.
