Apparently somebody who got hit by a puck in Chicago is trying to sue the league:

Not to belittle the tragedy of a fan getting injured, but how many more times can we be reminded before a game to keep an eye on the puck at all times? (Not to mention the disclaimer on the ticket.) The woman in this story was 8th row behind one of the goals - either be more vigilant or stay home and watch it on TV.

The idea of suing the NHL for being hit by a errant puck is just completely ridiculous. A fan must know when buying his/her ticket that the chance for such an event exists(though incredibly small). So, I cannot fathom a circumstance where this type of lawsuit would be successful.
