If I recall right, HDNet is not part of HD extra pack, HDNet Movies is.

Mark has replied to me many times... and quickly... however, I emailed him twice weeks ago about the NHL on HDNet and never heard back from him... he must be bummed too and won't reply:nono2:Steve615 said:![]()
I can confirm that too.
Mr. Cuban (or someone within his office) has replied to a couple of e-mails for me in the past.
I sent another e-mail to his address the other day, asking about the NHL scenario, but,no reply from him at this time.
he answered an email i sent him early last year when the hdnet hockey games were being blacked out by directv. these were games outside my region. he forwarded it to one of his execus who took care and resolved the problem for me.Steve615 said:![]()

yeah but the games will only be available in the Chicago Area. no games on WGN America. as the deal is for chicago viewers only.millertime said:It appears no NHL on HD Net this year. I checked my beloved Red Wings schedule and no games are scheduled. However I did notice that WGN HD will be having games this year. Just another reason for D* to hurry up and add this channel. I think I speak for everyone when I say hockey on WGN SD would be unwatchable.
I hope you are correct! I think everyone that is interested should send an email to Mark Cuban letting him know how much we want them to carry the NHL games!mitoca said:There have been past seasons where HDNET hasn't worked out their carriage agreement with the NHL until right at the start of the season, so they couldn't announce anything prior to that. I'm hoping that this is the case this year, and that this is why they haven't replied yet. Nobody does hockey better than HDNET, so I hope they're not on the ouside looking in this season.
They should have an HDNet Sports Channel, that would get alot of viewers, NHL, NBA,MLB, NCAA Football, NCAA Basketball, and the College World Series. As well as AHL, and CHL Junior hockey games Games of the week, Minor League Baseball, and the CFL. It would have tons of content and get alot of veiwers. However It would cost a ton to do that, but it sure would make the channel more valuable.RACJ2 said:I hope you are correct!
