I just got a call from the Dish installer and they tell me they cant come tomorrow because they have no equipment and they also need some dot kit or dot something kit I dont remember. Anyone heard of them not having equipment and what is a dot kit?

There have been equipment shortages lately. In particular, 625/522 and 311/301 receivers have been scarce. They may also be waiting on 1000.2 or 1000.4 dishes.

Im getting the 722, she did say they are waiting on a dot 5 kit so maybe she meant the 1000.5? Who knows we will see though
