I'm still on 5.12 with my 622 but I haven't seen anyone mention this.

I no longer have any items in my history for the search page. I can't even move between the button selections on the right side of the screen, the only thing I can do is press the cancel button or another function to get off the screen.

Anyone else seeing this?

Have you rebooted your 622? If something isn't working like it used to, I'll usually just do a warm boot to get it all working again. It doesn't happen often, but it's one of the first things I try. Hold in the power button on the front of the 622 for about 10 seconds, until you hear it restart. Then release the button. It usually takes about 5 minutes.
