I'll be having D* installed at my new house at the end of the month via Mover's Connection. I am not planning on getting land line phone service at all at the house (just cell phones) and will not have internet (Roadrunner) hooked up yet when D* is installed. The receivers being installed will be my current HR20-100 and then a new HR21 & AM21.

Will the install be able to be completed without both a phone or internet connection?

Also, what are my options to connect the HR20 and HR21 wirelessly to my network (once I get it setup)?

Yes you can have the install without a phone line or internet connection available.

Any wireless adapter with an ethernet connection, not USB. You may want to visit the CE forum and check out the thread about the Linksys WGA600N.
