no sound

Three times in the past 2 days I have turned on my HR20 hooked up with the optical cable and have had no sound. Sound returns as soon as I change the channel. Seems like everytime it has been with ESPN hd as the channel when turning on the HR20.

There have been issues in the past when Audio doesn't sync up right away.
