Is the VOD down... I am not getting any of the channels all of sudden.

I just checked and it is working for me.

Check and see if it is still showing connected to the internet?

Are you getting channel 1000?

Was your guide cache flushed for any reason? If so it will take up to 24 hours to reload the On Demand programs.

OK...is your guide completely loaded?

Did you have to reset the DVR recently?

it was... i guess that is what it is.... I just installed a HR21 and the guide is dreadfully slow.. is that because it is loading the guide info for the next two weeks?

Yes, it will take about 24 hours for the guide to load and the On Demand programming to load.

good, because i am upgrading from a h20 and i was shocked by how slow the guide is compared to the H20... it is almost unbearable

I will say it should speed up some but it will not be as fast as the H20.

Have you turned off scrolling effects? If not that will help some.

no i have not turned it off yet but i will... can i ask why would it not be as fast as the H20.. i thought this a newer system. would it not be quicker?
